Introduction
The youth suffer many problems and obstacles all over the world and
especially in Iraq. These obstacles prevent them from progressing and
from participating in the building and the development and not to
benefit from their abilities which made them an easy target for drugs
and psychological diseases and they may be used by terrorism and
sectarian
The widespread unemployment, not to give the youth the opportunity, also
the unavailibity of the programs of developing, helping and involving
youth in the development and the building, wasted the society chance of
the active participation of the majority to build the home future
For that reason many organizations, dignitaries of the civil society,
state institutions and young leadership who are interested in developing
youth and after a series of meetings dialogue and a study for the youth
reality in the fields of environment, health, education, technology,
youth employment, sport and human rights, decided to form an Iraqi youth
development and employment net and to accredit the experiences, the
world experiment and the international campaign for youth employment and
the society development in achieving it
The net submits the collective work proposals to the assemblies, society
dignitaries and the youth leaders in cities and countryside with the
cooperation of the state and the international community to provide the
work chances and investment to realize the aims, face the challenges and
to execute the programs and strategies related to developing the youth
society
THE Net
GOALS

Building a national
alliance to form a coordinating net all over Iraqi concerned with
cooperation and coordination with the assemblies and the institutions
related to youth, unemployment, fighting poverty, improving the health,
environment, and technical, scientific and sportive situations of youth
and to work together with the state institutions, resources owners and
international sides to develop the youth

Finding work opportunities to reduce unemployment employ the jobless and
provide the investment opportunities for youth

Undertaking the work team principle and enlarge the Understanding and
cooperation among youth in Iraqi and international community

Enhancing the international and regional cooperation and developing the
relations with the international organizations and working sides

Enhancing cooperation and coordination among the civil society
organizations and state institutions to activate the mutual role

Working with the state institutions, the granted sides and the
international organizations together as partners to support, develop and
employ youth

Training technical rehabilitation for youth and preparing active operative
and marketing staff

to support the net in the fields of the awareness of youth, developing
of their abilities and rehabilitating, them

Developing the cooperation with the powerful international and local
institutions that can finance to provide recourses and support the youth
projects and to enhance the international and regional cooperation also
develop the relation with the international organization and the other
institutions who are working in that field

Developing the abilities and skills of the organizations and staff in
youth sectors

and the active in that field

Enhancing the concept of participation and youth awareness to involve
them in the change process and to increase their faith in their cases

businessmen to provide resources that support and develop the youth

activities that support the youth topics and issuing publications and
researches that contribute in increasing the youth awareness. Also hold
