The Iraqi Commission for Civil Society Enterprises (I.C.C.S.E) is the executive side for a Coalition that represent more than (1000) different organizations relating to Iraqi parliament of civil society orgs, (The legislative side) for the civil society spreading all over Iraq and have (10) bureaus at the governorates in different Iraqi provinces. The I.C.C.S.E implemented many projects and programs that rallying civil society orgs, developing their abilities, evaluating Iraqi civil society, Rebuilding it, prevailing democracy, freedom and cultural, political, inter. And civilized values and securing the independence of orgs, and defending their Rights and gathering them in Iraqi civil society parliament.
The I.C.C.S.E staff participated in the international forums and conferences and has been holding meetings with international and Iraqi leaders on issues concerning the development of Iraqi civil society to make an impact on the lives of the Iraqi people.Among the Iraqi Commission's various other plans, the I.C.C.S.E sincerely aims to enhance the international cooperation to ensure the communications to obtain the recourses and the support for spreading democracy values, human rights and justice, watching the state procedures, transparency, and the national elections , working on developing youth, women, childhood and building the new Iraqi civil society.

I.C.C.S.E Goals:  The goal of this non/governmental organization is gathering Iraqi civil society organizations to work on the development of their abilities and providing resources and the supporting for these organizations for the development and reconstruction of Iraqi civil society. Creating real active organizations. Working for transparency and anti-corruption, working on sustainable development. Election and constitution monitoring, defending the human rights, protects environment, spreading democracy and freedom, cultural and international political values. Providing humanitarian and relief assistance for Iraqi people, participating in reconstruction and economical programs of the development and supporting the Iraqi business community to provide the resources and the grants to build the Iraqi country. Action on charitable projects and humanitarian and development programs for Iraqi youth, women and childhood, representing Iraqi civil society institutes in local and international events and forums to create an association and partnership with different international organizations considering that I.C.C.S.E is the organizational and executive for civil society institutes in the Coalition of Iraqi commission.
