News Report:
A unique event held annually in the Kingdom of Sweden with the participation of more than 400 international leaders of countries, societies and institutions and personalities representing international organizations and non/governmental organizations and their families from all over the world in the northern resort of Sweden, Talberg.
This Global Forum on Environment, Human Rights and Human Coexistence held this year for the period from June/27/2007 to July/2/2007, sponsored by their majesties the King and Queen of Sweden who attended all forum activities, and the presence of her majesty, Rania, the Queen of Jordan and a number of princes and ministries of Kingdom of Sweden. The Iraqi Commission for Civil Society Enterprises participated, on behalf of Iraqi civil society, in this conference with an invitation of the government of Sweden.
The I.C.C.S.E delegation met with their majesties the King and Queen of Sweden and her majesty Queen Rania and a number of ministries and chairmen of Sweden state institutions and international organizations and international personalities and there was a dialogue and discuss about the situation in Iraq and the importance of the cooperation and communication to help Iraqi people to emerge out Iraq from its ordeal and everyone of them expressed his/her sympathy and support for Iraqi civil society. This global forum discusses a lot of important issues including how we can live together? Learn how to respect human rights and the cooperation that we need to build our future as partners on the world, in addition to many project proposals, studies and researches on topics scheduled in the forum's agenda including imbalances in the global economy, life disparity between the rich and poor countries, the challenges of energy and environment, pollution and the challenges of the global warming, the widespread of poverty and unemployment, in the countries of the third world, and, the war and its effects on the states and societies, and the importance of international cooperation for peace.
After the ceremonial of the opening plenary meeting the forum has been formed groups of participations within specific axes lasted three days and they discussed the following main hubs:

Mr. Tobias Billstrom the Minister of Immigration (Sweden) and Mr. Basil A.Mohammed AL- Azzawi (Iraq) the chairman of the Iraqi Commission had conducted the ninth axis, which revolves around world peace and wars and the resulting effects in the world, and provision main axis in the meeting on Iraq. Mr. Bilstrom introduced, in the beginning of the meeting, the achievements of his Swedish state in the areas of human rights, environments and he focused on the subject of the reception of Iraqi refugees in Sweden and the support of his government and the future plans in these areas, and he turning to the international responsibility and the European approach to human rights and the importance of supporting the Iraqi people to restore security and stability in Iraq.
Mr. Basil the chairman of I.C.C.S.E delivered a lecture on the suffering of the Iraqi people and the harsh conditions and the sectarianism and the terrorism and the continuing bloodshed of innocent citizens as he explained in numbers and documents the destruction of the Iraq's infrastructure and he explained that Iraq is exposed to an environmental disaster because of the deterioration of health conditions and the lack of basic services and the continuing drop of electricity and water with the deteriorating of sanitation services accompanied by violence forced displacements and the paralysis in the economic and social life in Iraq. In addition to the presence of millions of mines and shells left over the Iraqi-Iranian war, with thousands of bombs and explosives that dropped from the occupation forces since the fall of the ex-regime. And Mr. Basil explained that the risks and the disasters won't be on Iraq only if there is no regional and international effort and cooperation to save Iraq.
