General goals

ICCSE (Authorized from the Iraqi Civil Society Parliament) with the supervision of the General Commissioners Council which represent the (Executive Body of the General Center, the Commissioners of the Provinces Center, the Offices of Direct Execution in addition to forms of Bodies and Offices and Research Centers and International and National branches, Networks and Organizations allied to the following:

1. Working within the coalition of the civil society institutions and gather them in a Iraqi Civil Society Organizations Parliament for better representation of the presence on the Iraqi arena and its unification and the development of capabilities for building the civil society and common work to unify their efforts in the development and service of the Iraqi society in all areas of humanitarian and relief, educational and other development areas.

2. The organization and development of civil society institutions and support their work and evaluate performance and support various civil institutions organizations and establishing relations on the basis of common goals for love, peace, cooperation, gender equality, human rights and the principles of freedom, democracy and the reconstruction of society, and to provide the needs and requirements of physical and moral rights to serve the Iraqi people

3. Contributing to the reconstruction projects of Iraq and its people and dedication service grants and international support for Iraq and civil society

4. Establish conferences, forums and training workshops in all areas of the Iraqi organizations at home and outside Iraq

5. Ensure the building of civil society and non-governmental institutions is far from the partisan and sectarian, ethnic and away from the control and follow-up laws and programs that are contrary to that and prevention practices and the promotion of that

6. activating and expanding and supporting the establishment of organizations and networks of Iraqi actors and real civilized and contribute to the reconstruction and development of civil society and make it a partner of state institutions and monitoring of performance and working to build a democratic government in accordance with universal standards of civilization

7. Work on the definition of the international communities, cultural needs and development programs and Iraqi civil society to ensure communication and coordination and build sustainable relations of cooperation and keep up the global community and represent the interests of Iraqi civil society at home and abroad and provide communication and international relations for further development and advancement of civilization with the world communities and care for the interests of Iraqi civil society and program development The plans and policies that are developed and built in accordance with international standards and recommendations and the laws of the United Nations and global organizations

8. Planning and implementation of programs and projects dealing with students, youth, women and children to meet the needs of the Iraqi rights and seeks to provide humanitarian and relief requirements and the knowledge and the development of social reality, scientific, cultural and fight poverty and unemployment in partnership and cooperation with the state, donors and international and regional organizations to achieve this

9. Building a democratic, free and balanced, with the participation of state and national political currents that support and support the institutions of civil society and recognizes the role of a partnership actor in building a new Iraq

10. Providing resources and the means and support programs charitable and humanitarian organizations allied with the Iraqi people

11. Political participation through public awareness and dissemination of freedoms and democracy and to support the elections and referendum, control and the search for the delivery of society to a democratic system of governance moderate and support the rule of law

12. Deepening the principles of partnership, interaction and the spirit of teamwork and volunteerism and charity programs in support of that

13. Contribute to renounce violence and sectarianism and discrimination in all its forms and the fight against terrorism and the dissemination of the values of love, tolerance and civil dialogue

14. Develop programs for achieving sustainable development of Iraqi civil society and outreach programs with regional and international development

15. Spread of the values of transparency and the fight against corruption and supporting the state in these areas in accordance with programs and national and international charters

16. Defending of the human rights and ensure the Iraqi rights contained in international treaties and conventions

17. Preservation of the environment and contributing to the development programs and projects the Iraqi environment

18. Establishing centers and networks of scientific, economic, trade and attracting resources and grants to contribute to the development of the Iraqi economy

19. Dissemination and implementation of programs and projects and humanitarian charitable, educational and health service rights and the Iraqi society

20. Work with Organization to establish an integrated legislative executive authority to represent the coalition of civil society institutions of the Iraqi parliament during the Iraqi civil society organizations and the Iraqi Commission, aims to serve the community and the development of civil society and democratic experience free pioneer in the region and the world.
